Posted by: Steven Kowalczuk - 03/31/11 @ 2:26AM Hey everyone, it's that time again. I'm busy making some major changes to the website. Many new ideas are rushing through my head so keep checking back for more updates. I'm living in Pittsburgh now and ready to start work on The Cocktail Chef Chronicles: the diary of a sober mixologist. Should be interesting to say the least. It's an up close and intense look into the mind of a recovering alcoholic. Thank you for your support and keep mixing responsibly! Posted by: Steven Kowalczuk - 12/13/10 @ 5:25PM

Cap the tin with your mixing glass and shake hard till the mixture is thick yet still pourable. Once you've achieved the desired thickness, you can pour it onto your martini. Pour slowly and shake it often to keep it thick. Start on one side and let the mixture slowly move across the top of the cocktail till it reaches the other side.
